As part of the Recruitment Team at Vinda Malaysia, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, driving end-to-end recruitment activities and contributing to broader HR initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines.
- Responsibilities:
- • Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery of hiring outcomes.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies that support business objectives.
- • Proactively identify, attract and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels, including digital platforms, professional networking, employee referrals and direct search methodologies.
- • Conduct effective screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values.
- • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, strengthening Vinda's employer brand and enhancing candidate engagement.
- • Manage recruitment data, reports, and talent pipelines, leveraging data-driven insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvement of recruitment effectiveness.
- • Support and drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to enhance Vinda's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the market.
- • Build and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment partners, educational institutions, and professional networks to broaden talent sourcing capabilities.
- • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as assigned from time to time.
- Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Good Chinese communication skills is preferred • Relationship Building & Collaboration • Communication & Influencing Skills • Proactive Mindset & Initiative • Resilience & Adaptability • Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
