Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts free with 10 applications, no card needed. When you have used them, applying pauses until you pick a paid plan. Your saved jobs, tracker and inbox keep working.
What’s the difference between the paid plans?
Only how many applications you get. Basic, Pro and Ultra all include Autopilot and the same review-and-send control. You just pick your volume and how often you pay.
Do the safety features cost extra?
No. Reviewing before you send, the “needs you” flags and the undo are on every plan, including free. They are the whole point of Shortlist, not an upsell.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, in the app. An upgrade takes effect right away and you only pay the prorated difference; a downgrade applies at your next renewal; cancelling keeps your plan until the period ends.
