Will employers know Pip helped?
Applications are sent in your name, with your words. Every answer starts from your resume, and you approve the text, or the rule you set does. Employers see an application from you.
Where do the jobs come from?
Pip reads company careers pages every six hours. The live board shows every open role it draws from. It then ranks what is new against your resume, so you only see jobs that clear your pay, your location and your dealbreakers. Never a recycled or sponsored listing.
What if a form asks something Pip can’t answer?
It stops and flags that field “Needs you” instead of guessing. Pip never invents an answer to keep an application moving. You fill in the one detail, and the rest is already done and waiting for your OK.
Does Shortlist apply on LinkedIn, Indeed or Naukri?
No. Pip applies on the employer’s own careers site instead, the place the hiring team actually reads. LinkedIn blocks tools that click Easy Apply for you, so accounts using them tend to get restricted. Is my resume shared anywhere before I apply?
No. Your resume only leaves Shortlist when you approve a specific application, and it goes to that employer alone. We never sell your data or hand it to third-party recruiters. You are the customer, not the product.
