Auto apply to Workable jobs
Workable is the form behind thousands of small and mid-size companies' hiring. 5,500+ Workable jobs are open on the board right now. Pip applies on each one on the company's own page, and gets the details right that a quick bot gets wrong.
What makes a Workable form different
On the surface it is friendly: a page on apply.workable.com with the company's colours, a resume upload that offers to fill the rest of the form from your file, and a handful of questions. Underneath, it is one of the stricter forms out there.
Some of the dropdowns are required in a way the page does not show. The visible box can be left blank, and the form will still refuse the application, because the "required" flag lives on a hidden field behind it. A tool that fills what it can see and presses submit gets a rejection, or worse, a page that looks accepted and was not. There are also fields on the page that a person never sees and must never fill: they exist to catch software that fills every input it finds. Fill one, and the application is quietly discarded.
The resume upload is the other trap. Workable reads your file to pre-fill the form, and a tool in a hurry treats the pre-filled fields as done and moves on, leaving the actual file behind. The employer then gets a form with no resume attached.
How Pip fills it
Pip fills the form the way a careful person does. It answers the visible questions from your profile and your resume, it chooses the dropdown values the hidden requirements insist on, it leaves the trap fields alone, and it confirms the resume is attached before it goes near the submit button. It reads the page Workable shows afterwards and only counts the application as sent when that page says so.
You see all of it first: the filled form, the answers, the resume version. Approve it, or set a rule and let the agent apply the moment a job clears it. A question Pip cannot answer from what you have told it is not guessed; it waits for you.
Who hires on Workable
Mostly companies of ten to a few hundred people: agencies, product startups, clinics, logistics firms, the long tail of employers that never post on the big boards. That is exactly the part of the market where applying early matters most, because a small team reads the first twenty applications and interviews from them. The board lists these jobs beside the Greenhouse and Ashby ones, with the posted salary where the company stated it.
What you get
- Every open Workable job on the board, refreshed every six hours.
- Applications that actually arrive, with the resume attached and the required fields the page hides filled in.
- A mail after every batch if you use a rule, and every employer reply filed against its application.
- Ten applications free, no card. Then plans by the week.
Questions people ask
Does Workable need an account? No. Applications are public forms, and the employer reads them in their own Workable pipeline.
What if the same company posts the job on LinkedIn too? Pip applies on the company's Workable form, which is where the LinkedIn posting sends people anyway. It does not apply through LinkedIn.
Other forms? Pip also applies on Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever, and on Workday and Rippling.
