AUTO APPLY TO JOBS WITH AI

An AI job application agent that applies on the employer’s own site.

Shortlist auto applies to jobs for you, while the recruiter is still reading. It watches employers’ own career sites; when a job that fits you goes up, Pip fills in the real form, in your words, and applies within minutes. Approve each one yourself, or set a rule and let Autopilot go. Not a spray bot: nothing sends without your OK, or your rule.

Minutes after the posting, not days

Pip reads the boards every six hours. A new job that clears your rule is applied to on the same pass, while the recruiter is still opening the first applications in.

Real career sites, not reposts

Pip applies where the employer actually reads applications, in the company’s own system, in your name.

Your words, your call

Every answer starts from your resume. Nothing is invented. Approve each application yourself, or set the bar once and get a mail after every batch. How it works, step by step.

Priced for a job hunt, not a subscription

A search is a burst of a few weeks. So the plans are weekly, and the free one needs no card.

Fair questions

What is an AI job application agent, and how is this one different?
A program that does the applying for you: it reads a posting, checks it against your resume, fills in the application form and sends it. Most of them work on LinkedIn or Indeed and send the same PDF everywhere. Shortlist applies on the company’s own careers page, tailors the resume to each role, and sends nothing you have not approved or ruled on.
Does it work with LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed or Naukri?
No, and on purpose. Those pile up thousands of applications on one button. Pip applies on companies’ own career sites, where the hiring team actually reads. If you want a LinkedIn, Indeed or Naukri clicker, this is not it.
How does Autopilot decide what to apply to?
You set the bar: the lowest match score you will accept, your role only or not, nothing a step above you, and how many a day. A new job that clears it is applied to on the next pass. You get a mail after every batch, with a pause link in it.
Is this a spray-and-pray bot?
No. Pip only applies to roles that match your resume, tailors the resume to each one, and sends nothing without your OK or your rule. You choose the volume, three a day or thirty.
Will employers know an AI helped?
Applications go out in your name with your facts; every answer starts from your resume and you approve the final text. Pip is your pen, not your ghostwriter.
Which countries does it cover?
Jobs from company career pages worldwide, thousands open right now in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Australia and remote. Browse the live board.
What if a form asks something Pip can't answer?
It stops and asks you, once. Your answer is remembered for every form after that. On Autopilot, that application waits for you instead of going out half done.
