• Job responsibilities:
• - Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team for Workday-related projects.
• - Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Workday enhancements and integrations.
• - Lead the planning and execution of Workday product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• - Conduct regular reviews and updates of Workday configurations to optimize system performance and user experience.
• - Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• - Monitor and analyze Workday system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Job requirements:
• - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Workday implementations.
• - Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred.
• - Workday certification is a plus.
