• Responsibilities:
• - Welcome customers and assist with bookings and enquiries.
• - Introduce VR games and guide customers on equipment usage.
• - Ensure VR stations and gaming equipment are properly set up and operational.
• - Provide basic troubleshooting support during gameplay.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet and equipment.
• - Recommend suitable VR experiences based on customer preferences.
• - Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
• - Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• - Deliver professional and positive customer service experiences.
• Requirements:
• - Interest in gaming, VR technology, or customer service.
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• - Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• - Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• - Prior experience in retail, customer service, gaming, entertainment, or hospitality is an advantage.
• - Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
