Your Role

• Support our teams on technology M&A transactions from day one
• Conduct market and competitor analyses
• Help the teams pitch for and win new, challenging mandates
• Prepare company valuations using trading multiples, DCF and LBO analysis
• Build target and investor lists
• Work in an international, open-minded, diverse and thoughtful environment, contributing to the best outcomes for our clients
• Requirements
• We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and independent individual with demonstrated analytical, financial and client-driven skills. Strong intellectual discipline and a passion for technology are also necessary.
• The ideal candidate would :
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in investment banking, strategic consultancy, audit, or the technology industry (in a leadership role).
• Have a strong knowledge in corporate finance and accounting.
• Have a strong academic record, with a preference for Tier 1 European Business and Engineering schools or universities.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (mandatory).
• Demonstrates a strong interest in both entrepreneurship and technology (previous digital oriented or tech-focused experiences appreciated).
