Site ManagerElectrical

Salary Range:$5000-$7000

Benefits：

• • 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month • 2% medical pay per month • 5.5 working days
• Key responsibilities • Supervise workers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project specifications • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve site issues • Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and project schedules • Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and quality standards • Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required • Prepare site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager
• Job Requirements:
• • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry • Experience working with an electrical subcontractor is preferred • Able to read and understand electrical drawings • Good site coordination, manpower management and problem-solving skills • Familiar with Singapore construction site safety requirements • Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively
