The Role

The Head of Services, APAC owns the commercial performance and operational build-out of Addepar's services organization across the region. This leader is directly accountable for services revenue, SOW pricing, and margin — not just partnering with sales, but personally owning the number. A central part of this mandate is building and scaling the APAC services function itself: hiring, process design, partner delivery frameworks, and an operating model that doesn't yet fully exist in the region today.

This leader will translate the global services strategy into local execution, ensuring Addepar's standards for implementation, partner solutions, and client support are met. Implementation depth matters — the candidate needs enough technical and data fluency to hold their own in engineering conversations and to understand where recurring feed enhancements and service escalations originate — but it is one input to the role, not the primary qualification.

As a key leader in a matrixed organization, this role reports directly to the VP, Global Services & Delivery, while maintaining a strategic partnership with regional business leadership. The successful candidate will navigate a collaborative structure where cross-functional alignment is essential, as some regional team members may maintain dual reporting lines to global and regional functional leads.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You’ll Do

Own the commercial performance of the APAC services business, including revenue, margin, SOW pricing, and utilization. This is a direct P&L responsibility, not a support function to Sales.

Build and scale the APAC services organization

, including hiring, process design, partner delivery framework, and operating model — this function is being built from the ground up in the region, not inherited as a mature machine.

Serve as the primary leader for the APAC services organization

, ensuring alignment with the global GTM strategy defined by the VP, Head of Services.

Oversee service delivery

, including implementation, partner solutions, and technical client support for the APAC client base.

Resolve recurring client escalations and BAU requirements

, implementing local operational models that improve client outcomes and reduce time-to-value.

Build and mentor a regional team

, capable of handling complex, data-intensive implementations and ongoing support requirements.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Global Services, ensuring local client needs (feed enhancements, platform adoption) are integrated into the global roadmap.

Establish and track KPIs

for the APAC region spanning commercial performance, service predictability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

You have directly owned a services P&L. You can speak to a specific revenue target, SOW pricing model, or margin number you were personally accountable for — not one you supported from the sales or delivery side.

You have built or significantly transformed a services function

. You've stood up a services org from early stage, or substantially restructured one — not solely operated a mature, pre-existing machine.

You've been a Head of Professional Services for a region

, ideally APAC, with both services sales and services delivery leadership experience.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in professional services

within a high-growth, data-intensive SaaS or fintech environment.

Proven track record managing distributed teams

across distinct APAC sub-regions, with the regional leadership to navigate matrixed, dual-reporting structures.

Enough implementation and technical fluency

to hold your own in conversations about complex, data-intensive onboarding, feed architecture, and platform adoption — without needing to be the team's deepest technical expert.

Willing and able to personally triage

, not exclusively delegate — when a technical or client problem is stuck, you can get into the details enough to unblock it.

Strong analytical skills

with a focus on metrics-driven performance and operational excellence.
