Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator
Software Engineer
- **Office Location:** Tai Seng **Working Hours:** - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm **Salary & Benefits:** - Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 (commensurate with experience) - Performance-related pay - Annual leave entitlement - Medical benefits **Industry:** Construction Sector – A&A / Building Works **Job Responsibilities:** - Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- - Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
- - Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
- - Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- - Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory specifications.
- - Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- **Job Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- - Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- - Proficient in basic Autocad software.
- - Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- - Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication.
- - Good communication and written skills.
- - Required skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
