Production Engineer - 12 Hours Shift, Chemical Production
Remuneration Package: Up to $3,300 + Fixed Allowances of $1,100
Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided at designated points)
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, rotating between AM and PM

- Responsibilities:
- - Lead and oversee a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
- - Support the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly, recommending effective countermeasures.
- - Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
- - Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
- - Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Requirements:
- - Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- - Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
- - Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
- - Leadership qualities, initiative, drive, and commitment.
- - Ability to handle pressure and excellent communication skills.
