- - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

- Job Responsibilities:
- - Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- - Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
- - Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
- - Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
- - Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Job Requirements:
- - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- - Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- - Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
- - Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- - Able to handle construction projects with commitment.
- - Good communication and written skills.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
