About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale SpotDraft’s paid social and paid search engines across Google, Bing, Linkedin, Meta and emerging AI ad channels like ChatGPT. This is not a spend-to-grow role. We expect every dollar to have a reason behind it and a number attached to it. You’ll be measured on pipeline quality and efficiency, not impressions or clicks. If you treat a budget like it’s your own and get energized by squeezing more qualified pipeline out of every campaign, this is it.
- Requirements:
- - 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience, with B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
- - Deep Google and Bing Ads expertise. You’ve built and managed search campaigns end to end, covering account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and conversion tracking.
- - Exposure to ChatGPT ads or other AI-native ad surfaces. Deep experience isn’t required, but curiosity and a willingness to test early are.
- - Proven track record in LinkedIn Ads and B2B Paid Social. You know how to target niche buyer personas, build full-funnel paid social architectures, and drive high-intent demo requests and qualified pipeline - Budget discipline. You have a track record of improving CAC and cost per qualified opportunity, and you know when to cut spend as well as when to scale it.
- - Analytical rigor. You’re comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics, and tying paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just MQLs.
- - AI literacy. You use modern tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up analysis, ad copy testing, and reporting.
- What you’ll own:
- - Paid Search: Plan, launch, and optimize Google and Bing campaigns targeting legal, legal ops, and procurement buyers.
- - Paid Social: Build, run, and scale targeted LinkedIn and Meta campaigns aimed at legal, legal ops, and procurement personas to drive high-intent demo requests and qualified pipeline.
- - AI Ad Channels: Run structured, controlled tests on ChatGPT ads and similar emerging platforms, and recommend where to double down.
- - Budget Management: Allocate and pace spend against clear targets, report on efficiency, and reallocate quickly based on what the data shows.
- - Experimentation: Run disciplined A/B tests on keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences. Every test should have a hypothesis.
- - Measurement & Reporting: Own conversion tracking and attribution hygiene, and give leadership a clear view of spend, pipeline, and ROI.
- - Cross-functional Partnership: Work with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to sharpen messaging and close the loop on lead quality.
