• About our client: Top Chinese PE fund
• Responsibilities:
• 1. Source, evaluate and execute private equity investments in TMT, AI and Healthcare.
• 2. Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, closing and post-investment value creation.
• 3. Manage portfolio companies, monitor performance and design exit strategies.
• 4. Lead, mentor and develop the investment team, set team targets and drive investment pipeline.
• 5. Build and maintain industry networks with founders, corporates and intermediaries.

Requirements

• 1. 10+ years of PE/VC investment experience with proven track record in TMT, AI and Healthcare.
• 2. Solid experience leading investment teams.
• 3. Strong financial modelling, due diligence and deal negotiation skills.
• 4. Established industry network across target sectors.
• 5. Master’s degree or above; CFA/CPA preferred.
