Technical Supervisor / Assistant Manager (Field Biologist)

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients.
• Work in the field, visiting client sites to oversee pest control services, support technicians, and monitor project progress.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction.
• Conduct review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Deliver on-site or classroom serve-related training for technicians, sales, or other departments and the customers.
• Manage and develop the team to improve their performance, report and meet targets.
• Prepare Quality Assurance reports for Manager review.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by managers.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma and above, in Biological Sciences or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in quality assurance or related field
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
• Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications
