• Role Overview
• We are looking for a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in application development and production support within the Core Banking / Investments & Wealth domain.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth, along with strong technical skills in.NET and MS-SQL/SQL. The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.

SilverLake Investments & Wealth

Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.

Support

• release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities and ensure application quality.
• Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
• Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.

Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using

• MS-SQL/SQL Server
• Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
• Follow established production support and change-management processes.

Mandatory Skills

3–5 years of relevant IT experience

SilverLake Investments & Wealth – Mandatory.NET / C#
