- -Drive daily site ops & manage progress via MS Project.
- -Prepare Two Weeks Look Ahead plans & mini programs.
- -Submit RFIs & check joint measurement sketches for claims.
- -Lead & mentor 2–3 junior site engineers.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- -Launching gantry setup & segmental box girder deck erection.
- -Post-tensioning (PT) stressing sequences & tendon details.
- -CIDB Grade G7 site management & consultant negotiations.
- EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- -Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- -Solid civil, bridge, or rail site experience.
- BONUS:
- -Bridge / precast box girder launching -Launching gantry operation / segmental deck assembly -Post-tensioning (PT) stressing & tendon sequence -Deep bored piling & pier head construction
