Job Responsibilities

• - In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations.
• - Perform basic food prep, ingredient handling, and knife work.
• - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• - Ensure food quality and consistency.
• - Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
• - Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• - Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred.
• - Basic food preparation and knife skills.
• - Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes.
• - Team player with good communication skills.
