What You Will Do
- - Serve as the Head of Department and act as the key HR business partner to plant leadership.
- - Provide strategic HR leadership by developing and executing HR strategies, leading workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.
- - Oversee talent acquisition and workforce development, including onboarding, retention strategies, structured training programs, and succession pipelines.
- - Lead performance and rewards management, including performance appraisal cycles, KPI setting, and salary benchmarking.
- - Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management through HR audits, inspections, statutory compliance, and monitoring HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and manpower costs.
What You Will Need
- - 8 to 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- - Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- - Background in structured, compliance-heavy, or joint-venture environments is preferred.
- - Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across plant operations and Group HR.
- - Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven reporting.
