HR Manager

  • Job responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • - Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • - Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • - Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • - Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as required.
  • - Support organizational change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • - Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equal opportunity.
  • - Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.
  • - Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Job requirements:
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • - Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • - Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • - Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
  • - Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • - Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
