Electrical Mechanical Supervisor
- Job Brief:
- The Electromechanical Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and project specifications at Agility.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it is operational and meets specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion.
- Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.
- Your Proficiencies:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
