VP, IT Infrastructure & Support (Banking)

• Job Responsibilities:
• - Manage daily infrastructure operations, troubleshoot issues, ensure stable systems, security compliance, and seamless business continuity.
• - Lead IT projects, deployments, upgrades, vendor coordination, and operational improvements to support evolving organizational technology requirements.
• - Develop security policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures aligned with banking regulations and industry standards.
• - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.
• - Supervise outsourced support resources, manage budgets effectively, and maintain reliable enterprise-wide IT infrastructure environments.
• Job Requirements:
• - Minimum 5 years of infrastructure or IT operations experience within banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
• - Strong technical expertise supporting servers, networks, end-user computing, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations independently.
• - Proven leadership experience managing vendors, mentoring teams, driving projects, and supporting senior business stakeholders effectively.
• - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex infrastructure incidents while maintaining operational stability and service reliability.
• - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with strong professional communication abilities.
