• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
• TPF Developer with 3–8 years of experience in software development and expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications while ensuring high code quality, application stability, and performance.

The role involves collaborating with the Scrum team, Technical Product Manager, Scrum Master, and other development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to iteration planning and effort estimation, and support deployment and feature release activities.

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Requirement Analysis & Planning:
• Understand business and technical requirements and break them down into actionable development tasks for iteration planning.
• Software Development:
• Design, code, debug, and test software applications based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• TPF Development:
• Develop and maintain applications using TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC, ensuring alignment with technical and program-specific requirements.
• Agile Collaboration:
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Product Management Support:
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to refine and prepare requirements for upcoming iterations.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
• Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, maintainability, and performance through established development practices.
• Effort Estimation:
• Contribute to task sizing, effort estimation, and sprint planning to support timely delivery.
• Technical Documentation:
• Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) documents and other technical software documentation.
• Testing & Troubleshooting:
• Perform debugging and testing, investigate defects, and resolve technical issues across test and production environments.
• Deployment & Releases:
• Support software deployment, feature releases, and post-release activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Process Improvement:
• Work with the Scrum Master and development team to improve engineering practices, development workflows, and delivery efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with other development teams to integrate solutions and deliver new application capabilities.
• Application Performance:
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability, reliability, and overall system performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC
• Proficiency in software development tools and continuous integration (CI) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments or the relevant technology stack specified by the program.
• Experience in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software applications.
• Understanding of software design principles, code quality standards, and technical documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum-based development processes.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software within defined timelines.
