Technology Governance & Operations Manager - PMO (Banking)

• Job Responsibilities:
• - Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and governance insights to support strategic technology and business decision-making on a daily basis.
• - Lead audit readiness activities, including evidence coordination, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting across multiple technology domains.
• - Monitor operational risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and lifecycle compliance, ensuring timely resolution and effective escalation of issues.
• - Manage vendor governance, procurement coordination, contract renewals, third-party risks, and technology asset lifecycle activities efficiently.
• - Standardize operational processes, automate recurring reporting, and enhance governance frameworks, controls, and documentation across the enterprise.
• Job Requirements:
• - Minimum of eight years’ experience supporting technology governance, operations, audit, or PMO functions within banking environments.
• - Strong expertise in preparing management dashboards, operational KPIs, executive reports, and actionable business intelligence insights.
• - Hands-on experience managing audits, compliance evidence, remediation tracking, and regulatory technology governance requirements.
• - Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, Jira, SharePoint, and reporting automation tools within enterprise environments.
• - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across technology, risk, operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
