Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior) | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our ambitious recruitment team in Kaunas. You will play a key role in connecting top talent with the teams who create world-leading networking solutions — helping to shape the people behind our global success.

Teltonika’s

• networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
• In this role, you will:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' motivation, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment data within our ATS.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work closely with hiring managers, providing updates on candidate progress and sharing relevant candidate and talent market observations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• What we expect of you:
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Confidence in using LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools.
• A proactive, curious, and accountable mindset – you take ownership, act fast, and keep learning.
• Strong communication skills – you express yourself professionally in writing and conversation.
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience managing several roles simultaneously while maintaining focus would be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems would be considered an advantage.

Salary

• We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~1840 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
