About the Role
- People are at the heart of everything we do.
- As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll partner with hiring managers across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a range of professional, technical and consulting roles.
- You'll take ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, building strong relationships with stakeholders while providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Alongside delivering recruitment, you'll proactively identify talent, build candidate pipelines, improve attraction strategies and contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we recruit.
- Success in this role means delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- You'll consistently attract high-quality talent, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, strengthen our talent pipelines and help improve the effectiveness of our recruitment function through insight, innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Attraction
- You'll:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, consulting and business support vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage and build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Produce high-quality adverts and attraction campaigns.
- Support offer management and onboarding activities.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the business.
- Provide advice on market conditions, candidate availability and attraction strategies.
- Challenge constructively where appropriate to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout recruitment campaigns.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Use recruitment data and insight to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activity.
- Contribute to wider People Services projects where appropriate.
Collaboration
- Share market knowledge and recruitment best practice.
- Support colleagues during periods of high recruitment activity.
- Contribute positively to the continued development of the Recruitment function.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For You'll have experience recruiting within an in-house environment, ideally within professional services, technology or another knowledge-led business. You'll be a proactive and hands-on Talent Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering recruitment outcomes while balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
- You'll bring:
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an evolving business environment.
- Highly proactive, taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions with minimal direction.
- Confidence sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrate innovation in recruitment approaches, processes, sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement.
- Experience recruiting technical or specialist roles would be advantageous.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
