Supervisor (M/W) - Full-Time - Amsterdam

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to support our team in Amsterdam !

Sales

● Achieving personal targets and the KPIs set by APM

Customer Service

• ● Ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and supporting the resolution of customer complaints
• VM ● Embodying the APM brand image through the five senses and visual merchandising, alongside the Store Manager
• Operations ● Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, alongside the Store Manager ● Standing in for boutique management during the Store Manager's occasional absence
• Human Resources ● Ensuring the team follows standard operating procedures and codes of conduct ● Guiding the team daily towards achieving its sales targets ● Supervising Senior Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors; observing their performance and providing timely guidance
• Management ● Gathering market intelligence (competitor performance, trends, market environment, brand assortment, footfall, etc.) and reporting back to the Store Manager ● Working with the Store Manager on stock management and cost tracking

• Candidate Profile ● You love APM Monaco!
• ● You have a successful first experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, with the desire to move into team supervision ● You have some initial experience in luxury/fashion retail and a feel for visual merchandising ● You can read basic sales reports and react quickly on the ground ● You have a good sense of organisation and know how to rally a team day to day ● You are fluent in English ● You are agile and know how to show flexibility when needed
