Solution Delivery Architect

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Drive proof-of-concepts, feasibility studies, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).

Requirements

• Must Have
• 2–5 years of consulting or industry experience in pharma, life sciences, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical or Biotechnology Engineering (or closely related).
• Demonstrated track record of architecting enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, validation processes and regulatory needs.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience & Sourcing Targets

• Nice to Have
• Industry pedigree: candidates currently or formerly at Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, Pfizer, Novartis, etc.
• Consulting backgrounds: life-sciences practice at PwC, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG or similar.
• Experience working with digital validation platforms, LIMS integrations or process-management tools.
