Service Executive (Colombo)

• Manage and coordinate the company vehicle fleet to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise service activities and monitor service quality standards.
• Attend to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and customers regarding service schedules and requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
• Handle administrative and back-office functions related to service operations.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and service initiatives.
• Perform any other duties related to service operations as assigned by management.

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification in any stream.
• Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
