- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex SAP Finance / SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
- In this role, you will work closely with senior Finance stakeholders to drive planning, coordination, and delivery across Finance, technology, and product teams.
- You will manage multiple workstreams, align business requirements with technology solutions, and maintain clear governance and transparency throughout the transformation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in project or programme management
- Good understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation projects
- Strong ability to connect Finance business requirements with technology and product solutions
- Experience managing project plans, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams
- Ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority
- Experience with project governance, progress reporting, and decision preparation
- Full professional proficiency in English

- Experience leading Finance transformation programmes
- Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
- Experience working in large international organizations
- Background in Finance processes and enterprise technology transformation
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
