Senior Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre & High-Tech Facilities

• 2 x roles > New Projects / Lead 100MW+ hyper-scale DC / Semiconductor FAB builds / Tier-1 Global EPC giant / Massive greenfield projects / Direct Level 1-5 IST commissioning & 275kV grid works

• What you will do:
• Direct complex Level 1 to 5 IST commissioning and 275kV main intake substation delivery for global tech giants.
• -Control project budgets, variation orders, and program risks.
• -Enforce strict QLASSIC and CONQUAS quality delivery standards.
• -Lead greenfield Design and Build projects located in Banting.
• Experience you need:
• -Tier-1 main contractors and global EPCs.
• -Data Centre, Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects
• Nice to have / Bonus:
• -Certified Data Centre Professional or Professional Engineer registration.
• -Professional Technologist certification with MBOT local authority recognition.
• -Experience from hyperscale DC developers and semiconductor specialists.
• -Deep expertise in Level 5 integrated systems testing procedures.

• -Senior PM, Assistant Project Director or PM -Tier-1 main cons or mixed with PMCs / international projects -Experienced in managing mega 25-100MW+ electrical loads.
