Industry - Main Con (Data Center Project)
- Responsibilities:
- Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of:
- -PAM contracts (Malaysia) -Contract administration - Claims and variation management -Procurement and tendering -Cost control and budgeting -Dispute Resolution - Data Centre-Specific Experience Scope:
- -Leading QS teams.
- -Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- -Negotiation and risk management.
- -Strategic planning and commercial decision-making
- Requirements:
- -Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- -Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.
- -At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).
