Sales Specialist | Telematics

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to strengthen our ambitious sales team in İstanbul, Turkey. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B technical sales skills.

• Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
• Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.
• In this role, you will:
• Try to attract and search for new B2B level prospects in Turkish market.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
• Make active cold-calling and customer visits regularly.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• What we expect of you:
• Native Turkish speaker with a good command of English, both written and spoken
• 1+ year of experience in B2B or technical sales
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and building a sales pipeline
• Ability to manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong motivation for B2B sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience working with CRM tools is a plus
• Experience in technology or IoT-related products is a plus
