- - Recognized Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health approved by NIOSH.
- - Must possess a valid, active Green Book registration status with DOSH.
- - Minimum 8 years of construction experience, specifically on high-rise building developments.
- - Well-versed in Malaysian OSH regulations and historical OSHAS 18001 frameworks.
- - Strong verification skills for safety auditing and factual incident investigation data compiling.

- - Possess the communication skills required to monitor and control subcontractor workforce safety.
- - Experienced in managing site safety protocols within highly structured main contractor systems.
