Retail Assistant

Location:Punggol

• Salary Range:
• - $2800-$4500
• Job Responsibilities:
• - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
• - Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• - Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests.
• - Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience.
• - Communicate with children in a patient, friendly, and approachable manner.
• - Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.
• - Handle customer requests and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when required.
• - Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience.
• - Assist with activities, events, promotions, or other operational tasks as needed.
• - Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service.
• - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Requirements:
• - Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred.
• - Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome.
• - Experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia, or similar children-related environments will be an added advantage.
• - Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• - Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.
• - Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
• - Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• - Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations.
• - Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment.
• - Good teamwork and communication skills.
• - Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.
