- - Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
- - Prepare and submit progress claims.
- - Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
- - Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
- - Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
- - Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
- - Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- - Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
- Requirements:
- - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- - Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- - A&A project experience is required.
- - Main Contractor experience is preferred.
- - Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
- - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
