• About the Role:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our project delivery team. In this role, you will contribute to major projects for oil & gas plants and large industrial factories. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project costs and contracts, ensuring that projects such as maintenance and plant shutdowns are completed within budget.

• What You Will Do:
• - Manage Costs: Track all project expenditures and prepare financial reports.
• - Payments: Review and approve payment claims submitted by contractors.
• - Changes: Administer Variation Orders (VOs) and manage any changes to the project scope.
• - Contracts: Oversee contract documentation, tender processes, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• - Teamwork: Collaborate closely with engineers and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• What We Are Looking For:
• - Experience: Previous experience working on projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power industries.
• - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of piping, mechanical, or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) work.
• - Environment: Experience working in live plants or during plant shutdowns.
• - Skills: Strong abilities in contract administration and cost control.
