Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure / Data Centre
- **Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre) **Job Summary:** - Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
- - Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration in a fast-paced site environment.
- **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
- - Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
- - Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
- - Support procurement and subcontractor pricing.
- - Verify site measurements and work completion.
- - Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- **Requirements:** - Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- - 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.
- - Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
- - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
