- Benefits:

- Job Responsibilities:
- - Source, evaluate, and purchase M&E materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.
- - Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- - Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- - Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
- - Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and any discrepancies.
- - Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- - Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review.
- - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
- Job Requirements:
- - Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- - Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the construction or M&E industry.
- - Experience purchasing M&E materials is preferred.
- - Good knowledge of M&E products, suppliers, and the local construction market.
- - Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- - Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
