• Benefits:
• - 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month - 2% medical pay per month - Yearly salary increment
• Job Responsibilities:
• - Source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman-related materials, tools, and equipment.
• - Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• - Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time.
• - Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• - Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• - Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.
• - Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget.
• - Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
• Requirements:
• - Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction, building, or renovation industry.
• - Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• - Strong negotiation and quotation comparison skills.
• - Good coordination and communication skills.
• - Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.
