Salary & Benefits

  • - Salary Range: $7,000 - $13,000 (commensurate with experience) - Compensation includes: Base salary + Performance-related pay - Additional benefits: Annual leave and medical benefits
  • Office Location & Working Hours - Location: Tai Seng - Working hours:
  • - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
  • Industry - Construction Sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works
  • Key Responsibilities - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
  • - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
  • - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
  • - Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
  • - Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
  • - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
  • - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
  • - Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
  • - Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements

  • - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors in the construction industry.
  • - Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
  • - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
  • - Strong communication and writing skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
