Salary & Benefits
- - Salary Range: $7,000 - $13,000 (commensurate with experience) - Compensation includes: Base salary + Performance-related pay - Additional benefits: Annual leave and medical benefits
- Office Location & Working Hours - Location: Tai Seng - Working hours:
- - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
- Industry - Construction Sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works
- Key Responsibilities - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
- - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
- - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
- - Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
- - Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
- - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
- - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
- - Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
- - Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.
Job Requirements
- - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors in the construction industry.
- - Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
- - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- - Strong communication and writing skills.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
