- -Strong academic backgrounds can stand in for long years on site.
- -Clear verbal communication and precise documentation control skills are imperative.
- -Understand statutory codes, building specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Nice to have / Bonus:
- -PMP / PMI certification -Data centres experience -Prior hyperscale or mission-critical facility delivery.
