  • We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven
  • Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid customer acquisition across digital channels. This is a specialist performance marketing role focused on paid media, D2C/e-commerce growth, campaign optimisation, revenue generation, and marketing efficiency

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing performance campaigns, significant advertising budgets, and full-funnel acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through data-led decision-making, continuous experimentation, audience optimisation, and effective collaboration with creative and e-commerce teams.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Own and manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on efficient allocation and profitable growth.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across the full customer funnel.

Continuously monitor and improve

ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV

Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.

Conduct structured

  • A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
  • Work closely with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Track channel and campaign performance using attribution, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to align performance marketing with revenue and business objectives.
  • Monitor changes in advertising platforms, tracking technologies, attribution models, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate campaign structures, audience performance, creative effectiveness, and landing-page conversion to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Continuously improve acquisition efficiency through experimentation, data analysis, and performance-led decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.

Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns across

  • Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and other performance marketing channels will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, attribution, and conversion optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business decisions.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and creative optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of D2C/e-commerce customer journeys, acquisition funnels, and conversion behaviour
  • Experience working with consumer, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar brands is preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, Shopify Analytics, and performance reporting tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models, tracking, pixels/events, Conversion APIs, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance with revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to independently own budgets, performance targets, and optimisation decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present insights to founders and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and accountability.
