• We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
• Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
• Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
• Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
• Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
• Experience in payment operations or financial services is a plus, but not required.
• Amenable to a work on-site 3 days per week in our BGC office.

Benefits

Monthly salary range:

PHP22,000 - PHP23,000
