- Job Responsibilities - Market Analysis & Planning - Conduct in-depth market research across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe.
- - Identify target markets and potential clients.
- - Formulate sales strategies and plans.
- - Business Development - Maintain and deepen cooperation with existing clients.
- - Complete assignments arranged by management.
- - Design and implement regional market development plans to achieve full market coverage and business growth.
- - Drive the delivery of key client projects and major initiatives.
- - Client & Project Management - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.
- - Lead commercial negotiations and contract signing.
- - Control risks regarding order fulfillment and payment collection.
- - Manage key accounts, resolve product-related issues, and improve client satisfaction.
- - Track project progress and conduct risk management to ensure efficient project execution.
- - Coordinate internal and external resources to address critical issues during project delivery.
- - Support the development of regional offices and the achievement of business targets.
- - Sales Target Delivery - Deliver the assigned sales and profit margin targets.
- - Monitor sales progress and ensure all goals are met.
- - Market Research & Analysis - Regularly study policies, competitive landscape, and technology trends of the overseas energy storage market.
- - Collect industry information and compile analysis reports to support the company’s product R&D and strategic adjustment.
- - Product Promotion - Organize and attend international exhibitions, seminars, and other events for product demonstration and promotion.
- - Cross-department Collaboration - Work closely with sales, technical, delivery, and other teams to meet client demands and provide comprehensive market support.
Job Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Science, Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
- - A minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales or management within the new energy industry.
- - Experience in the energy storage sector is a plus.
- - Proven track record in regional market expansion, client relationship management, and project execution.
- - Excellent skills in client communication, commercial negotiation, and account retention.
- - Capable of independently developing new clients and leading project negotiations and implementation.
- - Strong execution and self-motivation; able to deliver work targets under pressure and ensure efficient project progress.
- - Outstanding cross-department communication and coordination skills.
- - Able to integrate various resources, resolve key project issues, and guarantee smooth project delivery and target achievement.
- - In-depth understanding of the new energy market in Turkey with a keen insight into market dynamics and trends.
- - Proficient in English for daily business communication and written work; proficiency in other local languages is highly preferred.
- - Willing to travel or be stationed long-term in Dubai, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
