Location:

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a highly organized and experienced
Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have
3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry and be available for immediate joining
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain and operational activities.
Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Track deliveries, optimize supply chain performance, and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and performance metrics.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements
Minimum
3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
