As a Lead Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the growth and delivery of high-quality software products while nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will guide a diverse team of senior engineers, set technical direction, and align engineering initiatives with strategic business objectives. Your role will involve stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and ensuring that engineering practices scale seamlessly across multiple product lines. You will also serve as a mentor and advocate for professional development, fostering an environment where engineers thrive and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Define and execute the engineering roadmap in partnership with product, design, and business leaders.
• • Lead, coach, and retain top engineering talent, providing clear career pathways and performance feedback.
• • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, driving improvements in code quality, deployment frequency, and system reliability.
• • Oversee architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of all software solutions.
• • Manage cross-functional collaboration to deliver features on time and within budget.
• • Build and maintain engineering metrics dashboards that inform data‑driven decision making.
• • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and learning from failures.
• • Serve as a technical liaison for external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
• • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
• • Represent engineering in executive meetings, articulating technical vision and impact on business outcomes.
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 • 13+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• • Proven track record of delivering complex, large‑scale software products on schedule and within scope.
• • Strong architectural background with deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• • Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.
• • Experience managing multi‑disciplinary Agile teams across geographies.
• • Strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• • Familiarity with modern tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and observability stacks.
• • Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their business relevance.
• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
