Junior/Mid Node.js Developer

We, Teltonika Telematics, are currently inviting an ambitious

Junior/Middle Node.js Developer to join our growing R&D team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Teltonika’s

• telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
• Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Node.js Developer to take ownership of solutions from idea to production, work closely with teams across the organization, and solve a wide range of technical and business challenges.
• In this role, you will:
• Take ownership of existing/new internal tools: registrate ideas/issues/bugs.
• Develop software (full-stack, yet back-end oriented) and testing functionalities.
• Take a part in all procedures of Scrum methodology.
• Help colleagues and support team knowledge sharing.
• Work together with other departments to achieve common results while participating in different projects and technologies.
• Lead the projects in technical aspects and make documentation of completed tasks and functionalities.
• What we expect of you:
• At least 1.5 years of work experience developing back-end with Typescript, NodeJS.
• Working experience with React framework.
• Working experience with SQL databases.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and work full-stack (back-end oriented)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Degree in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of other programming or scripting languages (PHP, NoSQL databases).
• Ability to work with Redux, Electron, React, Vite modules.
• Experience in writing test driven code.

• Salary:
• We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 17 Eur/h up to 34 Eur/h (~2836 Eur – 5672 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get *bonuses.
