- Job responsibilities:
- - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- - Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent strategies, and implement effective solutions.
- - Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- - Provide support in organizational design, change management, and succession planning to enhance business performance.
- - Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- - Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- - Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- - Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
- Job requirements:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
- - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- - Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- - Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) is a plus.
